My name is Karen and I’m a native Brit who splits her time between Sweden and the UK. I’ve been teaching adults and children English as a second language for five years, mostly online. Prior to this I taught a range of subjects to students aged 3-25 on a nature reserve.

I teach using ESL immersion techniques, so although I have some (improving) Swedish and (declining) French, I don’t often use other languages in lessons.

As an adult language learner myself, I understand the struggle and can help with any and all aspects of the English language.
